Frequently Asked Questions
Can you deliver to a specific guest room?
Yes, when hotels allow it. Otherwise, we work with the front desk to make sure the flowers are received.
Should I send the flowers to the room or to the Front Desk/Concierge?
The advantage to delivering to the Front Desk/Concierge is that they can bring the flowers into the room even if the guest is away. Our delivery person would need to call the recipient if no one answered the door.
What is the same-day cutoff?
1 PM for online orders.
