Local Deliveries
Flowers and plants will be delivered to our local community by our friendly delivery drivers. Deliveries begin at 11AM. As a florist in downtown St. Petersburg, FL, we begin with downtown and business deliveries and continue deliveries until all are complete. The fee for delivery is $12.
You may request a general time of day for your order to be delivered and we can try our best to accommodate the request.
To have your order delivered at a very specific time, you'll want to request a timed delivery at the cost of $30.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we will do everything in our power to remedy the problem.
A few notes: Fresh cut flowers are inherently perishable and some flowers have a longer life than others (Daisies can last weeks, but Tulips may be closer to 5 days), so it's important to have proper expectations. If you neglect to care for a plant, add or change the water on an arrangement, and this results in the plant/arrangement dying, we will most likely not honor your request for remedy. Styled arrangements often use floral oasis foam and may require the addition of water earlier than expected. It is always advised to check water levels.
